Title: Caught in Decent
Date: 05-2008
Format: Pencil
Description: An angel comes down to help one in need. This was inspired from watching a friends ballet practice. I just remember the light grace she had when a window flew open and the wind caught her, it seemed to make the drawing fly out of my pencil.

Title: Letting go
Date: 11-2010
Format: Pencil Sketch
Description: This was inspired by perusing the internet one day looking at wedding dresses for a family member. I loved the simplicity of this one, the smooth lines in the bodice, and the soft draping within the skirt. I always find it fascinating how something something so simple can be made into something so elegant and lovely.

Title: Opposites Attract
Date:     06-2006
Format: Pencil Sketch
Description: This is a self portrait from my highschool junior prom, wasn’t very fond of the picture that was taken so I decided to do my own version. I feel like I was able to capture the warm joy of the night as well as add my own personal flair for fantasy.

Title: Awoken Dragon
Date: 03-2006
Format: Pencil sketch converted to ink dotting
Description: This was one of my first attempts at ink dotting, and I feel that it is an overall success. There is a general continuity to the drawing and the drowsy awoken look is still captured in the dragons eye.
